My mini-lop eared rabbit was neutered over two years ago.  Recently however he has been honking more and more and has begun aggressively humping my pillow, slippers, and whatever else.  Is this normal behavior after a rabbit has been neutered?

I've heard of this happening, and no, it's not normal.  It sometimes can indicate a tumor on the adrenal gland or other location where hormones are produced.

I would suggest you get your bunny to a good rabbit vet:

for a full evaluation, including bloodwork and radiographs, if the vet deems them necessary.  If this is a recent development, it likely has a medical cause.  

I hope everything turns out to be fine, or very treatable.
