Cold temperature

Given draft protection and thick straw bedding, what is the lowest temperature rabbits can remain healthy without heat?  Does breed make any difference?

I would not leave a rabbit outside, even with a box and bedding, if the temperature falls below freezing.  Larger rabbits will have a greater tolerance for cold than smaller ones, but specific breed probably does not matter that much.
