how to loook after a loped eared rabbit

we are getting a lop eared rabbit tomorrow and i don't know what it eats. can you please tell me?
And also do i have to do anything to clean his ears or anything i should know about having my first rabbit? dose it need injrcshions or anything like that.

  You can feed your rabbit any sort of rabbit food. But when you do give it him, make sure you try and use the same rabbit food all the time. or ask the owner what they have been feeding him.

You dont have to do anything with his ears. He will do most of the cleaning. Butyou can keep checking them. If you do find they are dirty, just use warm water and cotton wool to clean it.

When you get your rabbit, let him settle downfor a while. Then later on let him have a run about in his run, or if you dont have one, give him a hug inside or something. Let both of you get use to each other. Try handling him when you can.So then he will get tame.Its also best to have some treats with you as well. So then he will know he can trust you. Thje best way to get a rabbit t otrust you is by feeding from your hand. Put there food in the palm of your hand, and show it your rabbit. Does this all the time. Thisis the best wayto make best friendswith your rabbits.
Rabbits do like to have a some exercise.If you dont get a run, then dontworry about it. You dont have to buy one stright away. Just let him have a run in the house with you watching him, until you get one. Rabbits do need cleaning once a week.

Your rabbit doesnt have to injections.But ifyou wouldlike to have your rabbit checked every now and then.Like every month. Then go and regesiter your rabbit at one ofyour vets. They can check your rabbit every 6 weeks, and make sure he is healthy.
