Should mt rabbit have a friend?

Hi, I read the acrticales at the hosue rabbit socitey and it says that unless I spend alot of time with my bunny she should have a rabbit friend.... even if I did spend alot of time with her it said I should time with I should get her a friend, should I get her a friend or not? she is probly very lonely during the day wouldn't she be much happier with a friend? male or female? the pet store I got her from has a lovley full grown male mini rex..... if I got him and housed them in different cages close by each other until I got him neutered would they get along when I put them together after he is neutered? or would a young male or female be better?

It depends, when you leave does she look very unhappy?  When you come home does she seem frantic to spend time with you?

She could be even happier with a friend, but you are going to want to get her spayed in addition to neutering him, or she will make his life miserable (think PMS, all the time).

Most of the bunnies I have do have buddies, except the ones who specifically have indicated that they prefer to be alone, thank you.
