Question
WHY DOES MY 9 MONTH OLD RABBIT KEEP HAVING A REALLY DIRTY BOTTOM,WE HAVE TO KEEP CLEANING HER AND IT GETS REALLY SORE.SHE HAS A BALANCED DIET AND REGULAR EXERCISE.

Answer
Three could be any number of reasons.  Does she eat plain pellets and hay, or pellets with treats mixed in?  The treats will cause issues.  Lack of hay could cause issues.  Too many vegetables can also cause this.  Or, it could be some digestive issue.

You might look at http://homepage.mac.com/mattocks/morfz/rabrefs.html#gi and see if anything here seems like what she is experiencing.

She is awfully young to have that problem, so if you can get her to a rabbit-knowledgeable veterinarian, it would help to diagnose what the issue is.
