male netherland dwarf

Hi Andrea
 We have 3 rabbits and the rabbit in question is a male.
I,m concerned because he has a little knot with a another
raised up place in front of that that is about a inch long
on both sides of his genital organs.Since his cage is next to a female I thought that it may have something to do with
it. Maybe some kind of glands???????
He does not appear sick although his poop is sometimes wet
and smells but not runny. If you have any answers I would
like to hear from you?

It sounds like you're seeing the scent glands.  In some rabbits, they can get waxy and smelly back there.
