My 10 week old rabbit does not pee in her cage

Hello,

I have a mini-lop rabbit that is now litter trained.  When outside of his cage he goes to his litter box.  
We have noticed that when we go to him in the morning it looks as if he did not urinate all night in his cage.  It's as if he waits to urinate only when we open his cage in the morning.  Is this normal?

He may be one of those bunnies that will only pee in the litterbox.  If that is the case, you might want to keep a box in his cage also.

Some bunnies are like that.  Some will only go in the cage, some will only go in the litterbox.

Certainly he will appreciate having multiple options!
