please help

my rabbit had a litter of 4 one has had already past away and the mother had already had 2 litters the first one didnt make it and the second one did but the moms not feeding this leader we went to the store to get the animal milk but they keep making noises and im not sure if they will survive

The chances of the kits surviving on milk replacements are low.  It doesn't mean that they won't but don't be surprised if you lose them all.  Babies need their mothers milk to help prevent bacterial infections.

Please go to this site and it will tell you the correct milk to you.  You have to use special milk.
