hi ,
the mother ov my  4 baby  rabbits has decide to  reject  one . the rest  are being  fed but the 4th  one is very  skiny  and very  small. i  need to  know how to feed and care for the young  rabbit so  can  you help me ?

It is not likely that she actually rejected it if the others are being fed. Likely you have either what is called a "peanut" (A baby with two dwarfing genes, which is a lethal combination. The babies cannot digest properly and basically starve to death.) or a baby that is just failing to thrive. You can try supplimenting it with a formula:

1/2 Cup evaperated milk
1/2 Cup water
1 egg yolk
1 Tablespoon Corn syrup

That is a good mix to use, as it is high in energy and protein (which baby rabbits need). You can use kitten forumla, as well, but I have found it does not work as well.

Use an eye dropper or a syringe without a needle to give the baby the formula. Be sure to feed the baby in an upright postion (i.e. hold it vertical), and don't feed too fast so the baby does not suffocate from too much milk.
