2 babie lionheads

hello i've just purchased 2 10week old lionhead i believe that there brother and sister.  i have two cages but am planning to place them both inside a open run.  Will it be ok to let both of them be together at this age or do they have to be neutered/sprayed first?

Yes, at this age it shouldn't be an issue for them to be together.  When you notice the male mounting the female then it's time to get him neutered.
