Thanks for reply.  I actually did not feel under her neck but will today.  I do think she might be pregnant now that you have mentioned.  I only took her last baby away from her at about 12 weeks.  She could have mated with her baby because it was a buck.  But I will feel her neck and if I do not feel anything then she is probably pregnant.  That is if she will let me feel her.  Thanks so much for the help.  Much appreciated.

I have a doe that had a litter of 8 about 3 months ago.  These days she seems different.  Her neck (underneath) seems swolen and she is getting fat.  She used to let me stroke her but now she runs away from me!  Can you help?

Marinda, feel the swollen part under her chin - if it feels soft and empty there is no problem  - does get this double chin to have a place to pull fur out of when they make a nest.  If it feels like it has a ball of somehting in there it could be an abcess.  If it is an abcess she needs to go to a vet to get an antibiotic treatment.

Is she with a male in her cage ?  Could she be pregnent again ?  

Getting fat is not good - being fat makes it harder for her to get pregnent and to deliver healthy kits.

You are welcome Mirinda.  If her son was 88 days old he could have impregnated her.  Not the best idea.  The kits should be removed at 40 days to another cage - seperated males and females.  Here I wean at 30 days and rebreed then also so that the does do not get to fat.
