Question
I have been taking care of wild baby rabbits. And one day when I was feeding one I saw one squirming like he was in pain ,but if he was in pain he would squeek he didnt make any noises when i picked him up. After freeking out i called the vet near my home. They found nothing wrong with him, But he was not okay. They gave him two shots and gave him back. When i got back home i put him down and he wouls fall over no matter how many times he tried to get back up he couldnt and when he tries to sit he falls backwards or falls forewards. Its so sad he still is not better and its been about 3 days. The funny thing is... When we found them they all were fine it just happend freguently. I thought it was the sunlight bet he can see fine. I moved my finger in front of his face and he fallowed it. I dont know what is wrong with him Help!!!

Answer
It sounds as if he has a neurological or spinal issue.  There may be nothing you can do for him.

You can try to continue working with him, but if he is still in pain the kindest thing to do may be to have him euthanized, since he can't live in the wild in that condition.
