what is wrong

Question
why is my rabbits nose so wet is she sick or what i just got her yesterday and she won't drink anything but she ate my food is that normal or is she sick if she is sick what do i do and she is like shaking so i have to keep her under a blanket  

Answer
If she is eating food, then she is likely ok and just needs to adjust to her new environment.  She could be shaking either because she is scared or because she is too warm.
