I have tryed to find a good rabbit vet, but not having any luck doing so. I am in /wichita , Ks. Towns around be would be El Darado ks. andover ks. i have not found one in wichita. could you please help.

Have you checked the vet listings here:

www.rabbit.org/vets

If there is no one listed there yet, then it's possible that we don't have any rabbit folks who have made a recommendation.  If that's the unfortunate case, then you may have to do some searching and detective work on your own.  But there are good ways to do that, too.

First, it's often best to seek a vet who advertises that s/he specializes in "exotics."  The vets labeled "small animal" vets usually specialize only in dogs and cats--and as you already know, dog/cat medicine is completely different from rabbit medicine.
