Sex of a rabbit

Question
We just purchased a beautiful white rabbit.  We have no clue if it is male or female.  How can we tell?

Answer
If it is an adult, you can turn it over and look for two (usually, sometimes just one) bald sacks on either side of the base of the tail. If you see these, it is a male. Not having these might just mean it has a non-harmful genetic condition that causes the testicals not to drop. So it could still be a male. If you don't see them, then you will have to look more closely.

http://www.rabbitnetwork.org/articles/sexing.shtml has a good visual that you can use to help you sex your rabbits. However, if you are not sure still, please take them to a vet or an experienced breeder to have them sex your rabbits. That way you can be sure.
