My beloved little bunnie, has had a stroke, she is paralysed on her right side, do
they usally recuperate, or would it be best to euthanise her, your answer would
be appreciated, thank you

Provided that it is a true stroke, which is caused when a blood clot or some other foreign object has obstructed a vessel carrying oxygen to the brain long enough to cause that part of the brain to die then they don't recover.

Before you make the decision to euthanize her make sure you talk with her vet and ask him if there are any treatment options.  Sometimes certain types of infections can cause these symptoms but these infections such as E. cuniculi are pretty bad too.

I am so very sorry about your beloved friend.  Just make sure you give her love and comfort.  I always try to tell people that it is best that they be there with them when it it is time.  I really believe that it is less stressful on them to hear the loving voice of their companion.  I know it is hard for us but I know when its my turn to go I certainly would want my loved ones with me.
