Question
Hi, i have two rabbits one a Dwarf lop the other a White BEW Lionhead.At the moment they both seam to be having a mild case of dybosis due to the heat.Washing frquently due to staining.I use episooth which is a dedicated animal shampoo.Is there anything available to reduce the staining effect on the fur.Do dry baths work to get rid of sticky cecotrophs,would cornflour work.
p.s read a few articles must say wonderful stuff.

Thank you for your kind words.  

Unfortunately, there's no good way to prevent the staining that urine or mooshy cecotropes can leave on pale-colored fur.  I would worry more about controlling the cecal dysbiosis than about the stains, since those are mostly hidden when bun is in his natural position.

Frozen water bottles (the plastic liter soda bottles filled with water and frozen) wrapped in a thin towel make a great "lean post" for a hot bunny.  It will help them stay cool to have these on hand at all times when the weather is hot.
