my rabbits bleeding....

My rabbits only 10wks old, and this is the second time in a week she has been bleeding from her bum. I rang the vets the first time and they said as long as she's eating, drinking and being her usual self that's fine (which she is) the bleeding stopped gradually over that day. This morning she's bleeding again, its not gushing out but steady been leaking out over night, so it's already quite messy and matted as well. Please let me know what's causing it and what to do?

Hi Sara,

you need to take her in to a good rabbit vet right away.  Rabbits, especially small rabbits, don't have a lot of blood to spare.  This is a medical problem that needs to be determined what is going wrong here.

Get to a good rabbit vet right away.  I would obviously NOT go to the vet that said this is fine.
