Question
I have a one year old Dutch. He has been eating normal since I got him,but lately he has been eating very little and is not pooping as he normally does.I have had him looked at and he shows no sign of anything wrong with him.Do you know what is wrong.

Answer
A lot of things can cause a rabbit to not eat normally, which results in the poop being abnormal as well. Is he getting plenty of fresh hay? This is very important for the health of the digestive tract. It is also very important that he gets eating something again ASAP. Tempt him with his favourite treats (nothing sugary or with grain, though, as sugars and carbs such as are found in breads and crackers are not good for rabbits and will just make the issue worse). If he still will not eat, he will need to see a vet as soon as you can get him in. It sounds like the start of G.I. Stasis, which is a leading killer of rabbits.
