2 week old bunnie and dont know what to feed it

Question
my rabbit came to me as wild and roughly with its eyes even closed still, i have had her for going on 2 6 days and eyes are open and she is gettin big, as for now she acts like she is straving and i am up to 9 feedings a day and still dont have a clue as to what to feed her? i get conflicting answers so please can u help me so that she doesnt die?
