ANSWER: Dear Ann,

I know of many rabbits who live very well on only three legs.  But I hope the vet can save your bunny's leg.

QUESTION: i really do love rabbit, but now i a bit scared.. cause my beloved rabbit just past. for small type rabbit how many years life do they have? and for your opinion indoor or out door rabbit is better?

Answer
Dear Ann,

Only you can make the decision about another rabbit.  But I would recommend that you contact the House Rabbit Society of Singapore for help if you decide to get another bunny:

They have adoptable rabbits with known health histories, and can help you make the right decision.  I'm not sure where you are located in Malaysia, but you will probably at least be able to contact them online for help in finding a place to adopt a bunny.

Indoors is definitely the best place for a bunny. A well cared for house rabbit can live 10 years or more--with good luck and good care.

Hope this helps.
