This problem really can be serious, and there is nothing you can do at home without the help of a good veterinarian who knows about rabbit medicine that will really resolve the problem permanently.  Please read:

The most you can do to keep your bunny comfortable is to clean away discharge from the nose and eyes with a warm, moist washcloth.  But this will not cure the infection.  Only the proper medications can do that.  Since this problem is caused by bacteria in rabbits, not viruses, as in humans, the problem will not go away on its own.
