Enlarging Testicular Tumor and running eyes

Question
Hello.
Recently my pet rabbit(Netherlands Dwarf, 7 1/2 years old)has an enlarging testicle, and one week ago I found there was a blood cluster(like snot) in his urine. His testicle get bigger and now I can find more blood clusters in his urine. The vat said its a tumor and need removal surgery, however,he just got a teeth trim because the vat found a pair of over long molar teeth, after the trim he lost lots of his appetite, and became very weak, he drank no water and only eat vegetable and fruit (the vat said its because the inflammation in his mouth.).
Could you let me know if the blood in his urine might due to the cancer? and the Vat said the only treatment would be surgery and since he is an old rabbit so the risk of general anesthesia would be higher. Is there any tumor treatment without testicle removal? Would surgery recovery for a 7 years old rabbit be hard?
Right now he seems get eyes infection as well, the right eye running for about a week and the left eye start to tear yesterday. The vat said the reason is the growing teeth roots stimulate the lachrymal. However, there is only right side get inflammation, so I am wondering if there was other reason cause this problem.
Now my rabbit is taking medicine for respiratory treatment and the medicine for his testicle (the vat want to test if that was only inflammation but not tumor). The vat want me go back after the medicine done(6 days left). Would you recommend to see the vat ASAP, but in the meanwhile I am afraid he is too weak to take surgery....
Thank you so much for help, your opinion is highly appreciated.

Answer
hi rosa -considering that rabbits are classed as adults at 5 months old yours is a very old rabbit and personnally i dont think he would get through the operation.he seems to have lots of problems going on and i think you have to do your best for him but your options are vey much limited by his age.i know its easy for me to say but if it was my rabbit i would have him put to sleep to save him from any more pain.
