Hair falling out

Hi, I just noticed that my dwarf rabbit is loosing a patch of hair on her bottom
around her tail an feet. It looks like it's moving up her back. I just noticed this
today, could this be serious?

It's possible that your rabbit is going through a molt.  Molts are a big shed of hair.  Some rabbits will lose a lot of fur.  It comes back, and there is nothing to worry about.

It's also possible that your rabbit has mites or some other health problems, take your bunny to the vet to make sure.
