Need help right away! Kits fell out of hutch!

My lionhead gave birth sometime between Friday and Saturday (between feedings) I went in to take care of her and found 3 kits on floor don't know how long they where there. This is my does first litter, is she going to nurse them? will they die from being cold for so long? Checked on them a little while ago and 1 felt really cold i thought it had died. I took it out put it on a bag of warm water covered by a towel. Can I do anything else? he was moving afther I did that the other 2 are moving around there box without me doing anything.

hi angela put it back in the nest with the others and see how it goes on.
one important fact is that when a baby gets pulled out the nest for any reason the mothers will not put it back in the nest they just ignore them and if not found quickly they die.
all rabbits do this.
