Orphaned rabbits

My pet rabbit died from mixo the day after giving birth to 3 kittens. I am feeding them a formula I got from the vet.  I have conflicting info about how much & how often to feed them.  The vet assistant went by the can of Di-vetelact which says 30ml over 4 feeds per day.  Other info I have collected states emphatically not to feed more than twice a day and about 2.5ml per feed.  Which do you advise?

Also, do you know if the mixo virus would be transferred to the babies from the placenta or milk from mum?

Do I need to toilet the kittens until they defeceate?  I have wiped them for 5 min and nothing happens - I'm worried about making them sore.

hi lete formulae 1 is what i would give them and if under a week old they need food every to hours.
if 2 -3weeks cut this down to every 4 -6 hrs.
give them some bran flakes sothey can chew themif they want
they should defecate without assistance.
dont think the virus will transfer from the mother.
