Answer
I am not a veterinarian, and I can't diagnose a condition over the internet. Polydactyly, or the condition of having extra toes, is not uncommon in swine. Usually the extra toe is a dewclaw, or sits off to one side of the two main toes. And, it's present at birth. So I don't think your pig is polydactyl. Sometimes pigs have just one large main toe, and two smaller dew claws. This is called Mule Foot.

Sometimes the cleft between the two main toes gets infected and swollen. Another possibility is that the third toe is a splinter off one of the other two hooves.

If it doesn't appear to bother your piggy, then I wouldn't worry too much about it, but I'd mention it to the vet when piggy get the annual check up. But, if there's signs of infection, like redness and puffiness, or piggy acts like it's painful to step on that foot, then he will need to see a vet promptly.
