Sickeness of my pet rat

My pet rat Lulu has blood on her paws i think its because of her nose she had an accident where her nose was bleeding really bad but it seemed to have healed but now there's black dried blood every where on it and she has trouble breathing. What can i do to help her?

What kind of accident did she have that made her nose bleed?
Did you see her have this accident?
