cuts

upon returning home for running some errands i found one of my hairless rats to be injured. The cut was about an 1" long  on his belly it was not bleeding nor was there blood in the cage.  How some i care for this? He seems to be doing fine still his hyperactive self.  thanks Kristin

If it isn't bleeding, try just cleaning it up a bit and applying some triple antibiotic paste/cream (like a neosporin or similar). Otherwise, keep an eye on it to see if it actually starts to become infected and take action if it does. This was the best case scenario for him, it could have been loads worse!
