I need help with timidness

Tora I believe is just under 3 months old. I've had Aya for about 6 months. No, I don't know that. I bought Tora from a pet shop near my home. I was also wondering if it would be a good idea to give Tora to someone who can take better care of her, and give her the attention she needs?

The decision as to whether to give Tora up is one you'll have to make based on your personal situation, but I guess I have to ask why you bought her in the first place if you can't care for her properly.  What is to happen with the other bird?  

Tora, being a baby, is still learning how things work in the world.  These 2 birds might get along just fine in the near future if introduced to each other properly.  Usually instead of putting 2 unfamiliar birds with each other immediately, it's best to let them sit side-by-side in separate cages until they get used to each other before putting them together.  Birds become territorial of their cages, etc., and introducing the new bird into the other bird's territory was sure to start a fight!  Not all birds get along with each other...just because we put 2 together, doesn't mean they will automatically like each other.
