Conure swollen/plugged nostril

Hi, we have 7 year old green cheek conure named Nikki.  We are very worried about her because her left nostril has a pink growth coming out of it.  Also, the area around the nostril is pink and swollen.  She has been quiet lately, but is eating fine and we haven't noticed any difference in her droppings.  Any idea what could be wrong with her?

This could be an Upper Respiratory Infection or a Sinus Infection. You are going to need to take her to the vet and get some antibiotics in her immediately. She will need to see an avian certified veterinarian.
