Eclectus Diet

Question
I am having a really hard time getting a clear answer on what my male eclectus parrot's diet should consist of. I am getting told yes and no on pellets and seeds. Can you plese help me get me parrot on the proper diet. He is about 5 years old.

Pellets should make up more of the diet than seeds and fresh foods are essential.
