Answer
No birds have the ability to digest dairy, especially milk. It can be very dangerous with serious health consequences.
Fruits, vegetables, whole grains (including whole grain cereals) are excellent choices for supplementing your baby's diet.
The best overall food base is pellets made specifically for your bird's species and age - it doesn't really matter which brand, but many experts recommend the plain, unflavored types.

Avoid sugar and salt added foods of any kind; a small piece of cheese (about the size of a thumbnail) once in a while is ok (it's not the same as offering milk).

if this is a still weaning parrot - there are powdered bird feeding mixes available in most pet stores that need to be given until the bird is eating fully on their own.

We offer a bowl of mixed, frozen vegetables (thawed, room temperature) with some whole wheat pasta or couscous and sometimes a 1/2 teaspoon of baby food (no additives) carrots or squash mixed in.

Finally, about 20% of the bird's diet should be a high quality seed appropriate for this species (NOT wild bird seed - it must be parrot quality) and preferably no sunflower seeds (too high in fat, not good for them).
