Parrot..has..seizures.Gives..scream..falls..down..is..unconscious..after.few..minutes.is..OK...Has..not...eaten..for..two..days.What..to..do?

Hello Ali and thank you for your post.
Your bird needs to be seen by a Certified Avian/Exotic Animal Vet right away.  It sounds like he may have been poisoned, either by something in the air, or something he has ingested.  Either way, if he doesn't get treatment right away, you could lose him.
How long has he been like this?

Do not hesitate getting him in to be seen.
