Something happen to our Mealy

Yesterday, our parrot fell which is not uncommon, playing, he has lost his grip and fell to the bottom of his cage. But, yesterday after he fell, he started flapping around on the bottom of his cage frantically, he was very scared, you could see it in his face, he continued for about an hour, it seemed. I tried to calm him down by picking him up and consoling him, his eyes were wierd, its like he could not focus, everything scared him when he saw it, he lost his sense of balance. Could he have had a stroke? He is still not right today. Please respond. Thank you.

Your bird could have had a stroke or could have had a seizure or other.  Regardless, this bird needs certified avian veterinarian assistance ASAP.  Do not hesitate...call your bird vet first thing tomorrow (today if your vet is open) in order to get your bird in to be seen.
