Question
ive had umbella cockatoo forover 10 years he was diagnosed with beak and feather when he was 1 year old lost most of his feathers at one time but since giving him calcium he has the best covering so far do you know of anything else i can give him  hope you can pass on any tips lynne tankyou

Answer
Hello Lynne and thank you for your post.
The best that I can suggest is to keep up with the calcium and start pumping him with some Avian Vitamins.  Aomething else that may help is some Vitamin E.  You can get this at your local pharmacy in a liqui-gel form, then pierce it with a pin and put a few drops into his food.
I have been doing this for my birds, and their feathers are nice and shiny.

Let me know how it works out for your friend.

Good luck and God Bless.
