asian ringneck

My parents have just bought an asian ringneck, approx 5 weeks old, still being hand fed, the breeder didnt give them much info and we are struggling to find what we want in everything available, just wondering when it should be offered "solid" food and info on the weaning of feeds. Also anything else you think might be of help
