Chinchilla making noise while eating

Hi.  I have had my chinchilla for a little over a year, and have not had any problems until now.  Last weekend, I brought him from my apartment back to my house, and his cage is in the sunroom.  Apart from seeming a little displaced and annoyed by my dog, he was doing ok.  I recently found that when i present him with a raisen or food he sniffs it and makes a sneezing like sound and motion.  While eating, he also makes this sneezing noise.  The room he is in does have a little bit of draft, and he is close to the radiator.  I am planning on moving his cage towards the center of the room.  Should I be concerned?  Thanks

is the area your chinchilla cool? They need a cool area to survive, under 70 degrees. hmmm.. that's really weird that he sneezes when you give him a treat. I would certainly monitor him to make sure that's still eating and drinking just fine though.
