Will the male mice eat the babie mice if the male is with the female

Dear Ruan,

Father mice are usually good partners and help the mother raise the babies, rather than attacking them.  However, if the father is in the cage after the babies are born, you will have more babies in 3 weeks, which might not be what you want.
