Help me with my mice please!

I just purchased two mice from a local pet shop and i am having some concerns about my one. She is sneezing alot and her eyes seem to be irritated. I've researched some and I know there are a couple options about this. I use carefresh bedding and they say that is the best.. what else could she be allergic to and how could i find that out. I'm not sure whether to sepparate my mice or not (i would really hope not to), but could you please give me some advice on how to deal with this?

You are right, it sounds like she is allergic to something or something is irritating her.

There is no need to separate her - she won't be allergic to your other mouse! It is important you keep them together as mice are social creatures and need the company of other mice.

Look at the bedding you use for example some brands of hay carry a lot of dust. Also consider changing the product you use to clean the cage as well as where the cage is sited - e.g it could be placed in a draft or in an area too dusty. I am not familiar with carefresh, just make sure it has no small particles that could irritate her. Check her food too, sometimes there are tiny food particles in the bag.
