how often do you spray hermetcrabes becuase i just got one they didn't tell use how to take care of it

Okay, firstly, you should get him a friend, because if they live alone for too long they become depressed and won't eat or move around. Second, how often you spray depends on a few things, If your crabs cage is a kritter keeper plastic tank with a lot of slits in the lid, you should use clear plastic tape and tape along the inside of the lid all over the top and two or three sides of the slits, if you do this, you should only have to spray it well every couple days, if you use coconut bedding instead of sand, it may be even less. If you are using a crab cage with wire, you should buy a critter keeper, because you'd have to spray it more than 10 times a day for it to be humane so your crab can breathe.  If you are using a fish tank, if you spray the whole tank and have a wire lid that has been taped almost all the way closed, except for a one inch strip on one side, you would only have to spray maybe twoce a week if you spray it very well on those two days.
