Question
How cuold I cut my guinea pig nails

Answer

Good question.  Guinea pigs nails are actually pretty easy to trim - unless you happen to have a wiggly animal.  What you'll want to do is sit on the floor with your legs together, straight out in front of you.  Place the animal on its back in the crease where your legs touch.  Use fingernail clippers to trim the nail to just above the quick (the red part in the nail).  If you hit the quick, be sure to use styptic powder - or flour works just as well if you don't have any styptic powder - to stop the bleeding.

Hope this is helpful.  If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact me again.  Good luck!
