bunny and Guinea pig

Question
I have just introduced a young male bunny to my young male guinea pig.  The gp is actually bigger than his new friend and they seemed to enjoy their first few days together.  Today, though, the bunny is pursuing the poor pig like he is a female bunny.  Will they figure out on their own that this can only be a platonic relationship or am I traumatizing my little pig??

Answer
Even though the bunny and guinea pig may get along initially, you should not keep them in the same cage. They require different requirements for food and space and there's no guarantee that they will be getting the right requirements. Also the rabbit can terrorize the poor guinea pig and also injure the guinea pig by kicking him. I would seperate both immediently.
