mateing behaviour

Hi. my 2 young female guinea pig which are only 3 months old they keep doing this rumbleing thing.They rumble and move around a the same time.I only have 4female guinea pigs no males and they do that rumble and moveing thing the same time thing they do it to the 2 other females in the cage.Can you please tell why the young ones are doing that thing and what it can do:I will be very thankful if you can tell me:from leeny

Hi Kathleen

All that is happening is that the pigs are establishing which one is going to be boss. As long as actual fighting doesnt occur, which is rare in females then you have no need to worry.
