feelings?

do guinea pigs have feelings? Like love for their owners or their babies?

Hi Tammi.  I'm not sure much research has been done in the area.  They do recognize smells very acutely, so they will know when it is the normal caretaker as opposed to a new person.  But as far as it feelings I just can't say.  I am tended to think no, but I do not base that on any scientific findings.
