brothers and sisters

My mom guinea pig just had babies and i was wondering if the brothers and sisters can have babies together, or, will it cause deformation?

The brothers to sisters mating is extremly dangerous, Dont do it because it will lead to deformities and the female may die as she gives birth.

Seperate the males and the female babies when weaning them which is at 3-4 weeks
