Size of newborn pigs

Question
I have a guinea pig that is about 2 years old or so and she is pregnant. I also have a guinea pig that is like 10 weeks old and she might be pregnant also. Will the newborn guinea pig babies be different sizes or does it not matter how big the mom is and it only affects the number that are born?

Just wondering

Thanks

Answer
The newborn guinea pigs will be around the same sizes.  The size is mostly affected by the number of babies in the litter.  But the ones from the 10 week old guinea pig may be a little smaller, just because the mom is not fully grown.

I am concerned about the ages of the mothers though.  If your 2 year old guinea pig has never had babies before, she is going to have problems with the delivery, because her pelvic bones are fused together.  There are almost definitely going to be complications.  And when it comes to the ten week old guinea pig, it is not healthy at all for her to be having babies.  You need to consult a veterinarian about these pregnancies, because a lot can go wrong.  And a veterinarian will be able to set up the best plan of action..
