ANSWER: What you're describing is a pig that's trying to give birth. If that's the case she may have a baby that is malpositioned and she can't pass it. You need a vet, quickly. If she is indeed trying to pass a baby time is of the essence as she could easily die from this. Please get some vet intervention as fast as you can.

The other option may be that she is trying to pass a stone. However, they usually squeal in pain if that's happening. I would still recommend you have her examined by a vet. If she's not eating and is keeping her eyes half closed there is a problem, an illness, something that is not normal.

I wish I had a better answer, but I'm sure you can understand the limitations of having to try to diagnose something that we cannot see. So please try to take her to your vet. I really think that would be in her best interest.
