Introducing a rabbit to two male guinea pigs

Question
Hi,
We have two guinea pigs, they are now about 3 months old and have a
separate run which they go in daily. We have found a female rabbit (small,
maybe only few weeks old) roaming around outside this morning and have
taken her in (we have stuck posters everywhere to try and find her owners
fingers crossed) but for now we have her with us! My partner is building her a
temporary hutch for now.  If she isn't collected would we be able to allow her
into the run that we use for our 2 boy guinea pigs as she may get lonely on
her own.  The run is 6ft by 4ft.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks Sarah

Answer
Hi
I would never allow rabbits and guinea pigs together even tho you see it in the pet shops.,
A gentle happy kick from a rabbit can easily kill a guinea pig.
Even if they get along fine its always best to be safe than sorry. She wont be lonely if you spend plenty of time with her and have her run out where she can still see the piggies but not get near enough to harm them
