Fast answer my hamster is 15 days pregnant

hello, my syrian mated on 2-15 like 40 times she is 15 days pregnant today 2-29-04. what do i do? what will she be doing at this time? when , well what time do they usually have the babies, i don't want to miss it... i am new to this and need all the help i can get. i have looked all over the internet and every site has something different to say on every topic. they said syrians have the babies in 16 days but on happoy hamster message board someone told me 20 days thats for dwarfs i believe. please any advice..

Righty, first of all you hamster should be having them on the 16th day, it will probably be at night when noone else is about and its unlikely you will see anything for the first few days. you will be able to hear little squeaks and what sounds like creaky doors, they are your hamsters. your hamster may leave the babies about the cage, don't panic becuase she will pick them up later.
 your hamster now(at 15 days) may be moving her bed around stocking up on food stores etc etc, or she may not be doing anything, by now you should see your hamster is very pregnant and she should not be picked up. hopefully  by now you have cleaned out her cage ready for birth, if you havent do not, not until they are at least 14 days old.
 she needs to have tissue paper bedding, kitchen roll is good, fluff bedding is not good, remove it now while you can, it can tangle the babies limbs.
